We have been instructed by our client to source a Headof Financial Control to join their business. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial and regulatory reporting across a growing and dynamic organisation.
This is an opportunity to lead and transform a key function within a complex and critical infrastructure environment, aligning finance operations to support strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Accountable for the efficient operation, and where possible the further development of the financial control environment and team
Lead end-to-end financial control, statutory, and regulatory reporting functions
Oversee business partnering, financial planning and analysis for the parent company
Direct transformation across transactional function, systems support, and treasury function
Collaborate with the senior leadership team across Commercial Finance and to continually assess controls and processes and areas for improvement
Finance qualification ACA/ACCA or equivalent with up to 7 years post qualified experience
Proven experience in financial leadership role within a complex and regulated business
Proven track record of delivering finance transformation and managing large-scale reporting functions
