In this senior leadership role the Head of Commercial Finance will take ownership of financial planning and analysis, commercial insight and M&A evaluation, enabling the business to allocate capital effectively, grow profitably and scale with confidence.

Positioned at the centre of strategy, growth and transformation, the Head of Commercial Finance partners closely with the Executive team and Board, providing clarity, challenge and direction.

Key responsibilities;

Financial Planning, Analysis & Review (FP&A) Own the Group FP&A framework and forward-looking financial insight Lead long-range planning, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis Develop rolling forecasts linking commercial activity to financial outcomes Analyse performance trends, identifying growth drivers, margin risks and cost pressures Deliver clear, decision-focused insight for the Executive team and Board

Commercial Insight & Decision Support Partner with Sales, Operations and Commercial teams to improve profitability Lead pricing, margin and customer profitability analysis Support major commercial decisions including tenders, contracts and strategic initiatives Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance leaders
