Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations. Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and stakeholders. Monitor and optimise resource allocation to support operational efficiency. Collaborate with programme teams to align financial planning with organisational goals. Manage and develop the finance team to ensure high performance. Identify and mitigate financial risks while fostering long-term sustainability.

Profile A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent. Strong experience in financial management within the Not For Profit sector or similar environment. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
