Sector Experience Essential We are particularly interested in candidates from Facilities Management environments including

Hard FM or M&E highly desirable Soft FM also considered

Experience in contract led operationally complex margin sensitive environments will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting Business partnering with operational leadership Budgeting forecasting and cashflow management Driving margin improvement and commercial insight Ensuring financial controls and governance standards Supporting integration of acquisitions where required Leading and developing the finance team

What We Are Looking For

Fully qualified accountant ACA ACCA or CIMA Strong commercial acumen Experience in FM or contract driven businesses Ability to operate in a Private Equity backed fast paced environment Confident stakeholder manager with leadership capability
