Role Summary
The Head of Commercial leads the company's commercial strategy and revenue growth within technology manufacturing markets. Operating in a technology-manufacturing / contract manufacturing environment, the role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, new product introduction (NPI) support, pricing and commercial governance, ensuring customer programmes transition smoothly into manufacturing and ongoing production.
This is a senior leadership role, working closely with operations, engineering and the executive team to drive profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
Define and deliver the commercial strategy to support company growth targets within technology manufacturing sectors. Identify and win new contract manufacturing opportunities; build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships. Lead and support new product introductions (NPI) from customer engagement through to production readiness, working closely with engineering, operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operational integration.
