Job Title: Head of Commercial Reports to: CEO Direct Reports: Commercial team members, Business Development, Product Marketing / NPI roles (as applicable) Department: Commercial Role Summary The Head of Commercial leads the company's commercial strategy and revenue growth within technology manufacturing markets . Operating in a technology-manufacturing / contract manufacturing environment , the role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, new product introduction (NPI) support, pricing and commercial governance, ensuring customer programmes transition smoothly into manufacturing and ongoing production. This is a senior leadership role, working closely with operations, engineering and the executive team to drive profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.
