Head of Commissioning\nLocation: Germany, Netherlands, Paris OR England\nSalary: £140,000\nFantastic bonus structure - up to 20%!\n \nWe are working with a renowned Data Centre Developer & Operator who are looking for a Head of Commissioning to join their European Team.\nThis person will take ownership of the commissioning strategy and delivery across large-scale hyperscale developments, ensuring technical excellence, programme certainty, and risk mitigation from design through to handover.\nIf you’re a Head of Commissioning, Commissioning Lead or Senior Commissioning Manager – we’d love to hear from you!\n \nBenefits of being a client-side Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead:\n\nUp to £140k per annum\nFantastic bonus structure (up to 20%)\nFlexible hybrid working\nEuropean travel \nResponsibilities of a client-side Head of Commissioning / Commissioning Lead:\n\nProvide strategic leadership for the delivery and commissioning of complex projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives\nHold accountability for safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio\nEstablish and maintain effective programme delivery environments, including people, processes, governance, and technology\nLead, develop, and inspire high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive and wellbeing-focused culture\nManage budgets and commercial performance, ensuring financially, ethically, and operationally sound outcomes\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing long-term strategy and performance \nThe Head of Commissioning / Commissioning Lead will have the following:\n\nProven experience working as a Head of Commissioning or Commissioning Lead on a large-scale construction project\nStrong client-side background (developer or operator)\nExperience working within complex European markets\nBe happy to travel across Europe frequently
