Role Description

SMG are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to define and execute the next next chapter of growth for the C-UAS Hub and future hub developments. This role is pivotal in scaling and nurturing a thriving B2B membership into a community. You’ll be at the heart of building new hubs, driving commercial success, and turning engagement into revenue. Qualifications

• Proven skills in Community Engagement and Community Development
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Experience in Program Management and organising strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Leadership and motivating cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
