As we continue to grow and evolve our services, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Complex Care to lead and shape support for individuals with the most complex health and behavioural needs. The Role Reporting to the Director of Operations and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Complex Care services. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a Trust-wide Complex Care strategy, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. You will lead specialist teams, drive best practice in trauma-informed and positive behaviour support, oversee regulatory and contractual compliance, and support the growth and development of services across existing and new areas.
