You’ll lead a team of Compliance Business Partners, offering expert advice and challenge to ensure our insurance operations are safe, fair and customer-focused.This newly created role is a chance to shape how compliance works across our two regulated entities that are central to our UK business. You’ll be part of a team that’s brave, caring and responsible, and you’ll help us build a culture where doing the right thing is second nature.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage the UK Insurance Compliance Business Partner teamPartner with senior leaders across the business to offer practical, professional compliance advice and challenge.Oversee new propositions, business operations and incident resolutionCollaborate with other advisory leadsMaintain strong relationships with business managers and act as a trusted advisor.Support the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Advisory DirectorDeputise for the Compliance Advisory Director as requiredHorizon scanning for regulatory developmentsSupport regulatory change and contribute to wider compliance initiatives across Bupa.What we’re looking forSignificant experience in a senior compliance advisory roleIdeally Financial Services / Insurance sector backgroundGravitas to collaborate with Executive level stakeholdersDemonstrable people management skillsAbility to navigate corporate matrix environmentExcellent compliance regulatory knowledge, (FCA & PRA)Sound judgement and the ability to balance business needs with regulatory requirementsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
