Company description: Due to the continued growth and success of the Firm, we're looking for a dynamic Head of Conflicts to join our Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Directorate. You'll lead a talented team of over 30 lawyers and analysts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring robust compliance, effective risk management, and best-in-class client onboarding across our UK and international offices.
Job description: Lead and develop the Conflicts team, overseeing all aspects of conflict searches, analysis, and resolution. Provide expert advice on conflicts of interest, regulatory and commercial conflicts, and client confidentiality. Implement and enhance policies, procedures, and training across the conflicts function. Drive technology adoption (including AI) to streamline conflict identification and resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agile, client-focused onboarding solutions. Oversee complex conflict referrals, acting as a senior decision-maker on high-level issues. Support global audit processes and contribute to the leadership of the Firms Onboarding function.
