ODGroup is a leading office interiors company based in the City of London, with a dual focus on both traditional construction and design and build. We have firmly established our brand due to excellent service and a commitment to ongoing innovation and are on track for another successful year.


We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Head of Construction to join and co-lead our design and build company, ODCreate, securing and delivering projects, and growing and mentoring our delivery team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be part of the leadership team for ODCreate.
  • Responsible for complete delivery of OD Create projects.
  • Ensuring projects are correctly and responsibility resourced with short mid- and long-term resourcing strategies.
  • Act as project manager on larger projects while we are still in the growth phase.
  • Improve, develop and implement ODCreate delivery standards in line with ODGroup standards, process and procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of health and safety and sustainable working are maintained across all ODCreate sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement regarding working practices, efficiencies, quality, defects, etc.
  • Be a champion for Procore, SustainIQ and InnDex.
  • Report to ODGroup Board on delivery metrics.
  • Empower your team to work independently and achieve high standards across everything they do on site.
  • Assist with new business, tendering and account management of clients, working in conjunction with the ODCreate leadership team and the preconstruction/new business team within ODInteriors.
  • Contribute to diversifying our supply chain and cultivate strong subcontractor relationships.
  • Work with the leadership team to grow ODCreate turnover and GP year on year in line with targets.
