Zenithis hiring an AV Investment Director to lead AV strategy and buying across a cluster of major clients - including Very , Coty , and other exciting household names.
You’ll help drive innovation, secure maximum value from partners, and lead a team of AV specialists to deliver best-in-class work.
Lead AV investment strategy, planning, and buying across a portfolio of high-profile clients
Manage and develop a team of AV planners and buyers, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback
Own client relationships for AV, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic advisor
Oversee financial and audit processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Monitor AV market trends and audience insights to keep strategies sharp and future-focused
Extensive experience in AV planning and buying across all major channels (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, Cinema)
Deep understanding of UK media trading and audit environments
A commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to challenge the status quo
