Head of Conveyancing | Birmingham | Legal 500 | up to £100,000


An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to manage a team of fee-earners and support staff, alongside handling a caseload of sale, purchase and re-mortgage files.


The firms Residential team is at the forefront of their business, with an outstanding reputation for their conveyancing service. Our clients are known as one of the best conveyancing outfits in the UK and are looking for an experienced individual to strengthen their team.


The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things Residential Property, with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and experience in business development and strategic growth.


The Candidate

  • Residential conveyancing experience, managing freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered files.
  • Experience managing a team and contributing towards training of the team and department.
  • Possess a high level of technical ability, with experience with title check and raising enquiries.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
  • Approachable, collaborative, and aligned with a values-led firm culture.
  • Motivated by growth, quality, and long-term career progression.
