Every piece is made-to-order and delivered to a discerning B2B and B2C client base.As Head of Operations, you’ll lead a growing team and take full ownership of global operations – designing and implementing processes that optimise the customer journey, ensure operational excellence, and enable scale without compromising on service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and streamline global supply chain, logistics, and aftersales operationsBuild scalable systems for product, sample, order, and delivery managementOversee key vendor relationships across freight, warehousing, and productionChampion data-led decision-making and collaborate on tech process automationManage budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, and team developmentSupport international expansion while protecting cost and service standardsRequirementsProven experience in senior operations leadership, ideally within luxury, design, D2C or premium e-commerceStrong supply chain, logistics, and customer experience backgroundFluent in French and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skillsStrategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves in a scale-up environmentExperience building scalable, efficient global operationsComfortable in a hybrid setting (2–3 days per week in central London HQ)This is a confidential search.
