Head of Data, Analytics & AI / Data Practice Leader Experience 15–18+ years in Data & Analytics leadership roles About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Data, Analytics & AI Practice Leader to build, scale, and lead our enterprise data practice in the UK. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, delivery excellence, innovation, and talent development across data platforms, data engineering, AI/ML, data governance, and business intelligence. The role requires close partnership with UK and global clients, shaping data-driven strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Practice & Business Leadership
Lead the growth and maturity of the Data, Analytics & AI practice across revenue, delivery quality, operational excellence, and capability development Own end-to-end data-led client engagements, from strategy through execution and value realization Expand the data & analytics business by enabling customers to adopt modern data and AI solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes Foster a strong culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
Client Engagement & Strategy
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leveraging data insights to shape data-driven business strategies Drive enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives across industries, with preference for healthcare Provide technical and architectural governance for data, analytics, and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with leading practices Lead presales activities including RFP responses, proposals, solution design, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) Evangelise data and AI capabilities through client presentations, campaigns, sales collateral, and thought leadership Create reusable playbooks, frameworks, accelerators, and IP to strengthen analytics delivery and market differentiation
Talent & Capability Development
Attract, develop, and retain high‑performing data and analytics talent across the UK and offshore teams Build and mentor senior leaders and technical experts within the practice Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to drive skills development, certifications, and career pathways Promote diversity, inclusion, and a strong people‑first culture
Innovation & Industry Awareness
Stay current with the latest advancements in Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and Governance Incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies into service offerings Develop new data and AI offerings aligned with UK and global market trends
Required Qualifications & Experience
15–18+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including leadership across: Data Engineering & Architecture Data Governance, Privacy & Compliance Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Proven experience building and scaling data practices within consulting, professional services, or large enterprises Strong track record of leading large, high‑performing teams Experience working with UK and global clients Healthcare domain experience is preferred Demonstrated success in revenue growth, presales leadership, and client delivery Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to translate data insights into measurable business impact Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability Executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders

Must have the right to work in the UK Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally
