Own and execute the engineering roadmap Drive architectural decisions for distributed data processing, ML pipelines, and web architecture Ensure systems can scale to handle massive datasets and evolving ML workloads Champion best practices around testing, observability, incident response, and documentation Set standards for AI-assisted development practices at scale

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Backend, Web, Data Engineering, Data Science, QA, and DevOps

Understanding how ML models are delivered, deployed, and maintained in production Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: feature stores, model deployment platforms, pipeline orchestration Experience working at the forefront of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
