A leading Financial Services organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Data Platform Engineering to lead the design, development and ongoing evolution of its enterprise data platform. The role is offering a base salary of £125,000 plus excellent benefits. The business operates a remote-first model, with occasional travel to its London and Southeast office.This is a senior leadership role responsible for a modern Azure and Snowflake environment, leading teams across platform engineering, quality, and governance. You will shape the data platform roadmap, drive delivery across both strategic change and BAU, and play a key role in building a scalable, secure and high-performing data capability.The role will suit someone who combines strong technical depth with proven leadership experience in modern data platforms.
