As a key member of our digital leadership team, you'll:
- Work directly with senior leadership to shape the organization's data foundations and AI capabilities
- Inspire organization-wide change by creating compelling narratives around the power of data and AI.
- Represent Syngenta externally as a thought leader in agricultural data innovation.
- Leverage influence beyond hierarchy by collaborating with teams across functions and geographies.
Experience & Expertise:
- 8+ years in senior data strategy leadership roles.
- Track record implementing enterprise-wide data initiatives.
- Deep understanding of data governance and ethical frameworks.
- Experience navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.
- Strategic thinker who balances governance with innovation.
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive organizational change.
- People-focused leadership style that empowers teams.
- Visionary mindset that anticipates future data trends.
- Advanced degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Interest in agricultural innovation and sustainability.
Additional Information
Location: Remote working is possible within the UK if you can commute to Bracknell or Manchester at least three times per month.
