About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, qualified litigator (solicitor or legal executive) to launch and lead a new department focusing on:

Business Energy mis-selling : cases involving secret or undisclosed commissions paid by energy suppliers to brokers, inflating client costs. Mortgage commission mis-selling : claims based on undisclosed commissions between brokers and lenders (e.g. similar to Plevin-style cases).

You will be instrumental in establishing the strategic, operational, and compliance frameworks of this specialist department, while directly supervising and progressing complex litigation.
