The Role: This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor to take ownership of a growing department. Currently a small team, the practice has a strong platform and clear appetite for expansion. You will manage complex probate, estates, trusts and Court of Protection work, while setting the strategic direction of the department. Alongside fee‑earning, you will mentor and develop the team, grow Court of Protection services, and play a visible role in business development. The Candidate & Benefits:
You will be a Senior Private Client Solicitor with strong technical expertise and leadership capability. Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with significant probate and estate experience. Solid Court of Protection knowledge and exposure to complex matters. Experience supervising or leading others. A commercial, growth‑focused mindset. A professional, empathetic approach to clients. STEP qualification (or working towards) and contentious probate experience are advantageous. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
