They connect finance, engineering and sustainability to help organisations achieve practical, commercially robust net zero outcomes.We are now seeking a Head of Engineering Design to take full ownership of our engineering function - raising standards, strengthening delivery performance and building a high-accountability professional culture across Solar PV, BESS, Heat Pumps and Heat Networks.This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineer actively keen to develop their career, who wants to shape engineering governance while operating hands-on within a growing SME.
