Fram is working with a financial services firm that is looking to engage with a Head of Development Finance to support the growth and performance of its lending division. The role sits within a fast-paced environment with clear commercial objectives and involves close interaction with senior management to drive both origination and delivery.


The position combines personal business generation with leadership responsibility. The successful individual will be expected to originate new opportunities through an established network, while also supporting and developing colleagues across the team. There is a strong focus on ensuring that transactions are structured appropriately, reflect a clear understanding of credit risk, and meet the firm’s standards for quality and compliance.


The role involves overseeing deal activity from initial engagement through to execution, including structuring and negotiating terms with borrowers. Alongside this, there is responsibility for maintaining operational standards, supporting team development, and contributing to a consistent and disciplined approach to lending. The environment is performance-driven, with defined KPIs and an emphasis on accountability and teamwork.
