What You'll Do
Lead digital strategy and innovation across Compass One, collaborating with stakeholders from IT, business units, and clients. Design and deliver market-leading digital solutions, including Digital Playbooks and industry-focused tools that raise the bar in service delivery. Champion new technologies, oversee rollouts, and ensure seamless adoption across multiple business units. Engage directly with clients and senior leaders, presenting solutions that fuel growth and operational excellence. Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement to keep Compass One ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For
A strategic leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in technology implementation and process improvement programmes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the drive to innovate and inspire. Degree-level qualification (Data Science preferred) and willingness to travel across sites.
