I'm working with a mission-led, fast-scaling D2C brand that's redefining their category - and doing it with genuine purpose and serious momentum.
They've built a thriving customer base, strong unit economics, and a top-tier team - and now they're looking for a Senior Digital Growth Lead (or Head of Digital Growth) to own the digital engine end to end.
The role
You'll lead across acquisition, CRO, and retention - setting strategy, managing a small high-performing team, and ensuring performance is dialled in across every touchpoint.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's hands-on, highly commercial, and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
