Engineering Leader | AI- B2B SaaS | London (Hybrid)

£150k-£200k + meaningful equity

The mission

Join a revenue-generating AI- SaaS startup solving complex workflow problems for modern enterprise teams. Already scaling fast with £30m raised and Series A incoming from top-tier VCs, this is a chance to build the UK engineering hub from scratch.

The role

Step in as the most senior engineering leader, owning technical vision, architecture, team-building and execution end-to-end. You'll partner directly with founders/CEO, balancing rapid scaling with long-term platform quality in a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do

Set the technical strategy and architecture as the platform handles real customer scale. Build and lead a high-calibre London engineering team (from 9 to 20+ in 12-18 months). Stay close to product and customers, driving decisions that balance speed, quality and sustainability. Shape engineering culture, hiring standards and processes from the ground up. Collaborate with founders on priorities, execution and scaling the go-to-market hub.

What you bring

Experience as Engineering Leader, Head of Engineering, Staff/Principal Engineer or early CTO in high-growth startups. Proven track record scaling early/mid-stage products with real revenue and traction. Strong technical foundation and product mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and pace. Energised by full ownership, autonomy and building teams/cultures that deliver.
