What You'll Be Doing
\n
\n Leading Web, Data, and Data Science teams across a large engineering organisation \n
Managing multiple senior direct reports and developing strong leadership capability \n
Driving engineering delivery, process quality, and technical standards \n
Contributing to architectural decisions across distributed data systems, ML pipelines, and modern web applications \n
Working closely with the C-suite on engineering strategy and org development \n
Embedding AI‑driven development workflows (70% of code is generated using AI tools) \n
Supporting the build of entirely greenfield products and systems.\n \n

Key Requirements:

\n Web teams \n
Data engineering teams using distributed technologies (e.g., Spark) \n
Data Science / ML teams \n
\n
\n Leadership experience over multi‑discipline engineering teams \n
Strong soft‑skills leadership: coaching, clarity, communication \n
Experience in high‑growth, fast‑changing environments \n
A passion for AI, experimentation, and innovative engineering approaches \n
