Their platform is used by major retailers, warehouses, and logistics providers to manage operations smarter, faster, and more efficiently. With continued growth and fresh funding, they’re hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one of their cross-functional delivery squads. This is a leadership role where you’ll help shape technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and mentor a growing team—all while working on technology that directly impacts real-world movement of goods. This is a full-time hybrid role , with just 1 day a fortnight on-site in their London HQ .
