A prominent London estate is embarking on a new phase of technical innovation and operational excellence. To support this ambition, we are recruiting a Head of Engineering Services who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future performance, resilience and sustainability of a landmark mixed-use destination.

This is a role for someone who thrives on influence and impact. You will steer the estate’s engineering strategy, lead the optimisation of building services and infrastructure, and champion the adoption of smart, efficient and sustainable solutions. Your leadership will directly enhance the experience of occupiers, and visitors across a diverse and high-profile environment.

You will take ownership of all engineering operations, spanning mechanical, electrical, public health, critical systems and fabric management. With a significant leadership remit, you will set performance standards, guide capital and maintenance programmes, and ensure technical compliance across a complex multi-building portfolio. Collaboration will be central to your success, working closely with senior stakeholders, specialist advisors and a multi-disciplinary in-house team.

We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader who brings both strategic vision and practical delivery expertise. You will be confident navigating high-footfall, multi-stakeholder estates, with strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HV/LV networks, safety regulations and digital innovation in building services. Your approach will be commercially minded, forward-thinking and solutions-driven, with a clear record of driving improvement and embedding high standards.
