The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential A degree in English or a related subject Proven experience teaching English at secondary level Strong leadership or middle leadership experience (or clear readiness for progression) A track record of improving outcomes Excellent behaviour management and organisational skills A passion for literature, language, and student achievement
