Signet are currently supporting a wonderful, values driven organisation based in North Berkshire, who are seeking a Head of Estates and Compliance to join their team on a permanent basis, and this person will be Head of the team, reporting into a Director supporting a portfolio of 5 locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for estates management, statutory compliance, health & safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management. The postholder will ensure consistent standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites.Key elements of the role:Provide strategic oversight of estates operations across multiple sitesLead and manage the Estates teamEnsure delivery of maintenance programmesOversee statutory compliance and audit processesLead health & safety strategy, risk management, and reportingManage sustainability data, carbon reporting, and ESOS complianceOversee fleet operationsSupport capital projects and oversee minor worksManage budgets, procurement, and contractor performanceProduce reports for senior leadership and governanceQualifications & ExperienceNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and H&S legislationExperience managing budgets, contracts, and suppliersExperience with energy data, sustainability, or fleet management (desirable)SkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementConfident reporting to senior leadershipAnalytical and detail-orientedStrategic mindset with strong operational focus #J-18808-Ljbffr
