Head of Event Operations Pay: £50,000 – £65,000 base + bonus Location: Hybrid, Oxfordshire Leading B2B events business seeks a highly talented Head of Operations to lead across conferences, exhibitions and networking events. Responsibilities:

Coach and develop Operations Managers and Coordinators in the delivery of their allocated events and plan own events. Oversee and execute portfolio of events within industry leading portfolio. Manage complete operational aspects, including full budgetary control and maximizing portfolio profitability.

Qualifications:

Established track record of delivering international, large-scale and complex B2B events – conferences/exhibitions; experience running international events desirable. Technical experience in floor plan creation, rigging, health & safety, and adding creative flair to networking experiences. Demonstrable experience collaborating with partners ancillary to large‑scale events (city, transport, party, or other partners). Extensive experience in team management/line management with ability to coach and develop people. Experience in venue and supplier contracting and negotiation. Confident decision‑making, thought leadership and focus on solutions and results with accountability.
