We are working with a leading provider of specialist healthcare services to recruit a Head of Facilities and Biomedical Technicians — a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and effective estates, facilities, and renal technical services across a national network of patient treatment centres.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior post with broad scope, combining hard and soft facilities management with technical leadership of biomedical engineering teams, supporting vital services that make a real difference to thousands of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Develop and deliver estates and technical services strategies aligned to organisational goals. Act as an Authorised/Responsible Person for critical areas (e.g., water safety, medical gases, fire, dialysis water systems). Lead compliance with HTMs, HBNs, NHS Premises Assurance Model, and other regulations. Oversee the Business Continuity Plan and lead on estate-related risk management.
