Lead a forward‑thinking SEND faculty with compassion, high expectations and strategic clarity Ensure our bespoke curriculum is innovative, inclusive and future‑focused Empower staff through coaching, collaboration and a clear vision Drive quality, progression and high‑impact outcomes for all learners Champion safeguarding, equality and inclusion across every aspect of the faculty Play a key role on the College Management Team, influencing college‑wide strategy during a period of growth and transformation
