As our new Head of Faculty, you will lead a broad portfolio including Access to Higher Education, Criminology, Health & Childhood Studies, Media, Performing Arts, Travel & Tourism, Visual Arts, Sport, Public Services, and Pathways. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional education, strengthen communities, and respond to regional and national skills priorities. Based at our Salisbury campus, which has recently undergone a £14 million transformation to create state-of-the-art teaching facilities and an inspiring environment for innovation and learning, you will play a key role in shaping the future of education. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of the campus leadership team, partnering with the Executive Director to define and drive the strategic vision of the campus.
