The role requires direct and relevant experience of working in capital market debt issuances in either the public or private sector.A strong combination of leadership, project management, financial management and commercial acumen will be essential.Managing and maintaining senior internal and external relationships to a high standard is key, as you will work closely with multiple Scottish Government professions and functions as well as external advisors, banks, UK Government counterparts, delivery partners, and Ministers.You will be expected to work flexibly and shape the borrowing function and wider project team as needed to deliver the next phase in line with the First Minister’s announcement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
