Head of Finance / Financial Controller (Part-time)

This privately owned company supplies products and solutions to a varied customer base. Founded over 30 years ago by an industry specialist who is still active in the business they have an excellent reputation for innovation and customer service, viewed by many as the go to supplier in their sector. The business is currently led by a passionate MD and a senior team who have driven organic growth and made a number of complementary acquisitions to enable the group to reach a turnover of circa £15m. A capable finance team is currently in place however the board now feel the time is right to recruit an experienced Financial Controller / Head of Finance on a part-time basis to ensure effective financial management and reporting, support development projects and provide leadership to a small finance team. It is envisaged that this role will require two days a week, possibly three if business necessitates but they are fairly relaxed and flexible.
