The main goal of this role is to establish scalable financial processes, provide clear financial visibility for leadership, and support business growth.The ideal candidate has experience in FP&A, financial operations, and building finance processes in startups or fast-growing companies. Provide clear financial insights, metrics, and recommendations to guide business strategy.Budgeting & Forecasting: Own company budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecasts. Partner with department leaders to monitor spending and financial performance.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and key financial KPIs. Ensure leadership has clear visibility into financial performance and trends.Accounting & Financial Control: Oversee accounting processes, financial statements, and coordination with external accountants. Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper financial controls.Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, payroll, and expense management. Work with operations teams on inventory tracking and cost visibility for physical products.Process & Systems Development: Build and improve financial processes and tools to support company growth. Gradually introduce scalable systems and automation (without relying on heavy enterprise ERP solutions).Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with U.S. tax and financial regulations. Coordinate tax filings and work with external advisors.Team Leadership: Build and structure the finance function as the company grows.
