Practicing for over 100 years, and steadily growing, in a beautiful location in Leigh on Sea,. This is a standalone, hands‑on role where you’ll lead all aspects of finance and work closely with the Partners to support the firm’s continued success. The Firm A multi-disciplinary legal practice providing services across: Property | Family | Litigation | Business Law | Wills, Probate & Trusts | Employment The Role You’ll manage the entire finance function, including:

Management accounts and monthly reporting Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow Client and office accounts VAT returns and bank reconciliations Payroll and supplier payments Liaising with external accountants Supporting Partners with financial insight and decision‑making

This is a broad, varied position with real responsibility and visibility across the business. About You

Experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role Background in legal or professional services (essential) Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules Comfortable working independently and owning the full finance cycle Organised, proactive and detail‑focused
