With a proud heritage dating back to 1963, we are a well-established agricultural cooperative that has grown into a significant player in the UK fresh produce sector.This is a broad, high-impact role in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll be as comfortable in the detail as you are supporting strategic decisions.What you’ll be doing:·Leading a small finance team (5)·Owning monthly management accounts and financial reporting·Driving budgeting, forecasting and audit processes·Managing cash flow, working capital and banking relationships·Overseeing stock accounting and margin analysis·Leading AP and AR functions·Partnering with operational managers to improve financial understanding and performanceWhat we’re looking for:·Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or similar)·Experience in manufacturing/production/SME environments·Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills·Confident communicating at board level and with non-finance stakeholders·A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead and develop a team·Established business with a strong heritage·Key leadership role with real autonomy·Opportunity to shape processes and support business growth·Close working with senior leadership teamThis is ideal for someone looking to step up into a Head of Finance role or already operating at this level in an SME and looking for more ownership.Apply or message me directly for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr
