Purpose of the Job:

\n\n

 

\n\n

The Head of Finance and Administration is a key member of the Executive Leadership team of Liverpool’s Royal Court (LRC) working closely with the Chief Executive, Executive Producer, Heads of Department (HODs), and the Board of Trustees to deliver the aims and objectives of the organisation.

\n\n

 

\n\n

The purpose of this role is to ensure operational activity is aligned with strategic goals, the production of robust and timely management information to inform decision making, and that efficient and effective processes are in place and there is tight control over costs for all 4 companies which make up Liverpool’s Royal Court (LRC). In addition, to ensure LRC is managing risk in relation to changing legislation and regulatory requirements.

Salary:

£60 – 70k per annum

\n\n

Full time role with standard hours of 37.5 per week, however, there may be times when additional hours are required. The role is based at the Royal Court Theatre, though there is some flexibility at the discretion of the CEO when required. 

\n\n

 

\n\n

The building operates throughout the day and evening and some working hours in the evening would be expected at times to be able to fully understand the operations on an ongoing basis.

\n\n

 

\n\n

33 days per year including bank holidays
