At the forefront of their market and expanding rapidly, now is an exciting time to join them as they experience year-on-year growth (organic and acquisitive).DescriptionProvide robust and appropriate challenge to the commercial business to ensure the business hits its budget, three-year plan, and acquisition targets.Support the team in delivering the growth required to achieve the aspirations of the business.Enhance and further develop customer profitability reporting to facilitate better commercial decisions to drive customer retention and growth.Key financial support to the business and any other ancillary businesses.Ownership of the P&L, work with the Financial Controller to ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results.Support the credit and Sales teams with significant "risk vs reward" decisionsFull finance business partnership role supporting the Commercial team.Delivery of all reporting requirements to agreed deadlines "on time in full":Analysis of daily reportsWeekly forecastMonthly board report and other requirements as agreedAnnual three-year planAnnual budgetSupport to M&A and capital investment business cases.ProfileCIMA or ACA/ ACCA qualifiedMinimum 5 years post qualification experienceUK driving licence, with access to own vehicleWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook and ExcelExceptional analytical skills360-degree relationship buildingPersuasive and influential across the businessLeadership and presenceTechnical accountingJob OfferCompetitive salary range up to £84,000 plus generous wider packageBonus schemeHybrid working with flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
