Oversee the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the effective management of financial resources. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and funders’ agreements; preparing budgets and management accounts; and providing accurate and timely financial reporting to support informed decision‑making and for the charity’s funders. Be responsible for ensuring the financial health, sustainability, and compliance of Sporting Equals. This role will oversee financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and funders. Provide strategic financial guidance to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Board of Trustees.
