Head Of Finance Location: Fishergate, PR1 8RE Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 34.53 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities
Manage financial planning and analysis. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Provide strategic financial guidance to the organization. Lead and develop the finance team. Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
Person Specifications Must Have:
Proven experience in financial management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Relevant finance qualifications or certifications. Eligibility to work in the UK.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a public sector environment. Knowledge of local government financial regulations. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
