-Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners.
-Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets.
Here's why you'll be great in this role…
-Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership.
-Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board.
-Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results.
-Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact.
-Comfortable leading through ambiguity, high growth, and change while maintaining rigor and accountability.
