Overview Reporting to the Group CFO, as Head of Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis, deliver insightful commercial support to the Executive Leadership Team, and ensure robust financial governance. You will also oversee a small, capable team and act as the primary interface for external auditors and group finance. This role suits an agile, technically strong finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys translating data into meaningful insights, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. With key accounting processes centralised at group level, your focus will be on performance, planning, commercial business partnering. Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting and modelling to drive revenue, margin and growth outcomes. Provide commercial insight and advice to senior leaders, identifying risks, opportunities and forward‑looking performance trends. Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and ensure strong financial governance, compliance and internal controls. Oversee cash flow, investment, risk management and core financial accounting processes to support sound operational decision making. Lead and develop a high performing finance team, fostering a collaborative, people focused culture with clear capability development.
