What will the Head of Finance role involve?

Leading the finance team, ensuring effective financial management and reporting to support strategic objectives
Overseeing the production of timely management accounts, statutory returns, and compliance activities
Driving financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to help shape the company's growth plans
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to deliver value-added insights and support decision-making
Reviewing and enhancing internal controls, systems, and processes to optimise financial operations and mitigate risks
Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy:

Fully qualified accountant with extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles
Proven track record in managing and developing finance teams within a growing organisation
Strong commercial awareness coupled with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
Able to operate confidently at both strategic and hands-on levels, influencing across departments
Resilient, proactive, and capable of driving financial improvements while fostering a collaborative environment
