We’re partnered with a brilliant values-driven Chartered Financial Planning firm at a key moment in their evolution. They’re looking for a Head of Financial Planning who can elevate the adviser team, strengthen external visibility, and turn the planning function into a genuine growth engine.

You’ll:

Lead, coach and develop a team of advisers to deliver consistently high-quality, client-first financial planning.

Be a visible external ambassador — building relationships with solicitors, accountants, introducers and professional networks.

Drive new business through external engagement, events and a structured PI strategy.

Bring structure, discipline and efficiency to workflows, tech stack adoption and operational processes.

Use data and KPIs to improve performance, spot trends and drive commercial decision-making.
