We are seeking a Head of Financial Reporting for a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed business in Central London. In this key role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across the group and lead a junior team. This opportunity comes during a time of transformation, and you'll be instrumental in shaping the financial reporting strategy. Key Requirements: CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified (or working towards) 5+ years in financial reporting or management accounting Experience managing and developing junior teams Strong Excel skills and experience with financial models Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Familiar with accruals, deferred income, and reporting processes Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly financial close and reporting processes Oversee financial journals, reconciliations, and P&L reports Collaborate with business units on performance and decision-making Prepare and deliver the Monthly Board Pack for CFO sign-off Ensure year-end financials are audit-ready Mentor and develop a team of six Improve financial reporting processes and drive system transformations Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects What We Offer: Collaborative team culture and clear career growth paths Competitive salary and benefits package If you meet the criteria, please apply below.
