Head of FP&A | FMCG | 12‑Month FTC | £90,000–£100,000 + Benefits | June Start | London | Hybrid (2 Days per Week in Office)

JasperRose are partnering with a fast‑growing, grocery‑led FMCG business to appoint a Head of FP&A on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the business through a key period of margin focus and commercial delivery.

Based in London, this role requires 2 days per week in the office and works closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams across core grocery channels. The position sits at the heart of decision‑making, combining strategic FP&A leadership with hands‑on commercial finance, cashflow management and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own group budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting cycles
• Lead FP&A and commercial finance across grocery retail channels
• Deliver insight on revenue, margins, pricing, mix and promotional effectiveness
• Partner Sales teams on trade spend, promotions and joint business plans
• Drive margin improvement initiatives to support group profitability targets
• Own cashflow forecasting and working capital oversight
• Financial sign‑off on NPDs, promotional strategy and commercial investments
• Support board reporting, long‑range planning and fundraising activity
• Lead and develop a small commercial finance team
• Maintain robust, scalable financial models and processes suited to a growing FMCG environment

The successful candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Senior FP&A or commercial finance experience within FMCG
• Strong exposure to grocery retail, promotions and trade spend
• Proven margin analysis and profitability improvement experience
• Confident partnering Sales and Marketing leaders
